　　The Extron DVI 110 Plus is a DVI signal regenerator and audio extender with EDIDMinder ^® . It retimes and reshapes marginal or noisy DVI-D signals, ensuring a strong, stable digital signal. It supports HDMI signals with the use of appropriate adapters. The DVI 110 Plus features EDIDMinder, which maintains continuous EDID communication with the source and ensures proper video output even if the display device is off. It also accepts unbalanced computer stereo audio and converts it to balanced, line level stereo audio, eliminating noise usually associated with unbalanced audio over long cable runs. The DVI110Plus is available in decorator-style and AAP form factors and is ideal for improving system performance by eliminating digital signal noise and reducing jitter at the output of the source.

　　The DVI110Plus features EDIDMinder, which automatically manages EDID communication between devices to ensure that the source powers up properly and reliably outputs content for display. EDIDMinder enables the DVI110Plus to emulate the display, providing EDID information to the connected source device, even when the display is not connected. EDID data can be selected by a user or captured from the display. Pre-stored EDID is communicated to the source based on a user-selected resolution and refresh rate. Alternatively, the extender can be set to capture and store EDID information when connected to the display.

　　The DVI110Plus helps to eliminate noise and reduce jitter at the output of the source, ensuring a strong, stable digital signal, and improving system performance. The DVI110Plus can be used in conjunction with an Extron DVI101 or HDMI101Plus cable equalizer to ensure optimal picture quality on a long cable run. It can also be used with DVI or HDMI products that are equipped with input cable equalization, such as the ExtronSMXHDMI and DVIPro matrix boards, or DXPSeries and DMSSeries digital matrix switchers.

　　The DVI110Plus also features an integrated analog audio line driver with active audio buffering. This allows unbalanced PC audio to be converted to balanced line level stereo audio, eliminating noise usually associated with unbalanced audio when distributed over long cable runs.

　　The DVI110Plus is available in two versions that are ideal for discreet mounting in a variety of architectural applications. The DVI110PlusAAP – Architectural Adapter Plate fits into any Extron product that accepts a double-space AAP. It is available in black or white to match any decor. The DVI110PlusD mounts in an included decorator-style wallplate, and is available in white. It can be used with or without a one-gang electrical box, and includes a matching mud ring.
